KAMBLY KREW - Today's the day! We will be making lighted snowmen individually with the Kambly Living Center residents at 1003 North Ave. The project begins at 2 p.m. and requires following directions, minimal cutting skills, squeezing a glue bottle, and socializing with our Kambly friends. Volunteer! You won't regret it!

STAFF HOLIDAY LUNCHEON – Our church office will close early for lunch at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, January 17th so that we can celebrate the diligent efforts and hard work of our staff during the holiday season. We are grateful for their continued support and dedication!

EPIPHANY SOCK AND MITTEN TREE - During the month of January we will be collecting new hats, mittens, and socks to decorate the tree in the narthex (behind the children's table) and will present them to the Charitable Union, with plenty of winter weather left!

2019 MLK Jr BREAKFAST – The Martin Luther King Jr. Community Breakfast will be held on Sat. Jan. 19, 2019 from 9- 11 a.m. at the Maranatha Original Church of God, 400 Wabascon Rd. Pr. Jennifer has been invited to provide the Invocation. The ticket cost is $15 per person in advance and $20 at the door. Tickets for the event are available in the church office.

ST.THOMAS BREAKFAST MINISTRY - St. Peter has been assisting St. Thomas with the Saturday breakfast ministry the last few years. The Outreach Committee is offering you the opportunity to help for three Saturdays; Feb. 9, March 23, and May 11, 2019. Some people are needed at 7 a.m. and others at 8 a.m. and all finish around 10:15 a.m. Please consider being a part of this ministry. There will be an actual sign-up sheet posted on the bulletin board in the narthex for each date. If you know already that you can help on one of these dates, please let an Outreach Committee member know. If you have questions about this ministry contact Linn Kracht.

PLEASE CONTINUE to save those Family Fare receipts and slip them into the designated envelope for Outreach on the bulletin board in the narthex. The Lakeview Food Pantry has earned $1000 from those efforts and is starting on that journey again. They appreciate our efforts.

JANUARY 26, 2019 - FIRST ANNUAL GAME NIGHT - Come and join us for a great time of friendly games of Euchre, Darts and whatever other board or card game you would like to bring! We will meet here in the fellowship hall from 5 pm - 9 pm. Please bring a snack to share and stay for an hour or four, whatever you would like to do! We would like to start having game night every fourth Saturday of the month. See Harold Bruns or Susan Renee for more information.

FEBRUARY 3RD - SOUP-ER BOWL OF CARING - We are asking for you to help us move down the field of hunger with canned soup donations. We will be using half the donations for our own food bank and half to go the the community food bank. We are hoping for 100 cans by Super Bowl Sunday!

SUPER BOWL SUB ORDERS: The youth group will be selling sub sandwiches for delivery Super Bowl Sunday. Please see Tammy Reichkitzer or Amber Shepherd for more details.

FEBRUARY 17 - SOUP AND CHILI COOK OFF! After the congregational meeting, Christian Life would like to invite you to bring your favorite soup or chili and compliments to share.
