Location Various community locations God's Work Our Hands is a national project that is conducted throughout the ELCA generally around the second week of Sept. every year. It is a time when many members of ELCA churches volunteer for some needed service project within the community; helping with their hands. St. Peter and Trinity have both participated in this program in past years. So this year it was decided to bring the two churches together for this project. A small group of people from each congregation have been meeting to help plan the event for 2016. The service/volunteer day will be Saturday, Sept. 10, 2016. We have selected four service activities. Then there will be a joint worship service at St. Peter at 9:30 a.m. on Sunday, Sept. 11, 2016. So mark your calendars now and get those hands ready for service. There will be more specific details to follow in the near future. It is God's Work and thanks to God our hands can serve!!! Saturday, 10 September 2016
