Our Mission Statement

 

St. Peter Lutheran Church is an open community of faith where all are invited to worship, learn, grow, care and be cared for. We are a fellowship of believers anchored in God's Word and Sacraments. With thankful hearts we seek:

 

To Be A Community
warm, nurturing, Christ-centered,
 based on God's love; 

 

To Equip Members 
through worship, education, spiritual support and fellowship
so they may live out their faith in word and action; 

 

To Reach Out 
in love and compassion, 
witnessing to the Good News of Jesus Christ;

to the physical and spiritual needs of our community, 
the nation, and the peoples of the world 
as God gives us strength and purpose.
